Welcome to Cashlist! I built this platform to solve a problem many of us face: managing finances shouldn't feel like a second job. Whether you are tracking daily coffee runs or managing a massive home renovation, our goal is to give you total clarity over your money.
📖 The Story Behind the App
I live in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It was 2022, I started a full renovation of my apartment.
With a tight budget I had to keep and plan all expenses...
I needed to use different papers and books to keep records separately:
So, I was using
📋 Notebook 1: Records of expenses for materials.
📋 Notebook 2: Advance payments for workers.
📋 Notebook 3: Personal and family daily expenses.
📋 Notebook 4: Tracking money lent to and borrowed from friends.
I tried existing apps, but they were either too expensive or way too complicated for what I needed.
I realized that what I—and many others—needed was a digital "Book" system that was simple, flexible, and shared.
So, I built it.

Here is what you can do with Cashlist:
- Multiple "Books": Create separate books for different projects (e.g., "Home Renovation," "Family Budget," or "Small Business").
- Collaborative Tracking: Invite others to your book. Set permissions to Editor (can add data) or Viewer (can only see data).
- Public Sharing: Need to show your data to someone without an account? Generate a public link for easy viewing.
- Analytics & Planning: Use our built-in Budget Planner and Analytics page to see exactly where your money is going and plan for the future.
